HRM for Non HR Managers - Coming Soon
Managing people is the responsibility of Managers and Supervisors across the organization. Many managers and supervisors are expected to deal with some human resource issues that affect their day to day people management issues.

This three-day workshop will equip managers and introduce them to best practice human resource management concepts. The facilitator who is an expert in HRM will walk you through the people vision and strategic HRM to manpower planning and the hiring process, from performing a skills inventory to conducting the interview; new employee orientation; and cover retention strategy, compensation and performance appraisal to training and development.
