Project Works - Coming Soon

The nature of work today necessitates that people from different levels and functions work together to achieve results. The principles of Project Management provide the structure and discipline to bring it all together to achieve desired outcomes.

Purpose:

User department need to aquire the skills and knowledge of project managment to better communicate their requirements to Project Departments by learning how to set clear initiatives, manage time and  resources more effectively and become effectively involved during project planning and execution phases 

The purpose of this workshop is to master planning tools, management techniques and people skills that will ensure project success for newly assigned project management and User departments staff.

Who should attend:

Managers and staff members, mainly user department, who work on small and large projects and who are responsible for working together with Projects Departments, making sure those projects are completed successfully.
