Enterprise Insight
Early in 1999, Insight decided to shift their focus to development,
marketing and support of enterprise level software solutions. Its first
two products, SAM and ALPHA,
directed at the business management arena, were introduced in March 2001.
SAM focuses on strategy development, organizational alignment and strategy
execution with the aim of enabling companies to concentrate on their key strategic performance areas and empowering them to actively live their
strategies.
ALPHA is a business simulation game that places management teams in a realistic and practical business management situation. Here, faced with
all the complex dynamics, pressures and uncertainties of the management situation, they are compelled to cope, and develop the practical skills
and attitudes necessary to be successful.
These two products have proved to be world class, and their introduction,
together with our unique ensemble of skills have led to considerable
growth. This success has confirmed that our earlier decision to focus on
the development, marketing and implementation of enterprise level software solutions was
sound. To reflect this changed business focus, we have decided in January
2002 to change our trading name to
ENTERPRISE INSIGHT.
